Huskies face challenges but remain determined

The North Hollywood Lady Huskies are embracing a challenging start to the 2023-24 basketball season. Despite setbacks in the non-league season opener and against Sylmar High School, the team is determined to improve together and win.

The Huskies kicked off the season with a 41-37 victory over Panorama High School. This positive start provided a glimmer of hope for the challenges ahead. However, the team went on to suffer tough losses to the Kennedy Lady Cougars (19-48) and Sylmar High School (36-48).

Rather than letting these setbacks deter them, the Huskies focused on areas for improvement. They emphasized the need to remain calm under pressure and recognized the impact of coaching guidance. The team is determined to come together as a team and rise back up and succeed.
